Joseph is the Executive Director of Aegis Treatment Center of Santa Paula. He has been counseling for the last twenty-three years which has included being involved with community outreach and leadership. In addition, he has also been a Licensed Foster Parent in Ventura County for nine years. Joseph has a B.A. in Psychology and is working on a Master of Arts as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. He has been married for 18 years and has three children.
