Public housing can come in all sizes and types. Public housing is intended to give qualifying low-income families, indigent citizens, and people with disabilities access to quality and safe rental homes.

Our senior housing program accepts applications on an ongoing basis. You’ll find variations of age-restricted communities, such as 55+ and 62+. To be eligible for senior housing, you or your co-head of household (e.g., spouse, domestic partner) must be at least 55+ or 62+ years of age depending on the specified age restriction of the community you are applying for at the time.
Our Senior Housing program consists entirely of one-bedroom apartments that offer cozy living quarters for single people or couples. Seniors may make use of the many facilities and services available to them within our senior housing communities.
The Housing Authority of Santa Paula works to provide a stable future for seniors, indigent (homeless) residents, and adults with special needs by providing them with access to safe, affordable housing. Our initiatives provide affordable, safe, and pleasant housing choices for those with low incomes.
