Housing the Unhoused
Recognizing that effectively addressing homelessness necessitates collaboration among the public sector, nonprofits, and compassionate local residents, we are dedicated to taking significant steps. In our ongoing commitment to combat the urgent challenge of homelessness in our community, the Housing Authority is committed to providing essential housing assistance.
We foster strong collaborations with various local agencies, tailoring our support to the specific needs of individuals and families seeking to rebuild their lives. These partnerships ensure access to a range of supportive services, empowering residents on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Housing for Special Needs Adults
The Santa Paula Housing Authority provides housing opportunities for adults with special needs. The program’s goal is to give people with special needs who are at least 18 years old, safe and reasonably priced housing options and build dynamic communities to foster personal growth and self-sufficiency.
All special needs adult program applicants must be referred to our organization by Ventura County Behavioral Health or the Tri-Counties Regional Center in order to be eligible for our program. To make sure people get the support and services they need, we collaborate closely with these organizations.
